This two bedroomed cottage forms half of a converted barn (Birch Lodge is the other half).This is the most recently renovated of all the cottages, but still retains original beams and sloping ceilings in the upstairs rooms.

The ground floor is essentially open plan, with an ample kitchen area one end, dining area in the middle and lounge/TV area at the other end. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Pine Cottage is the only one of the two-bedroomed cottages with a bath.

The unusual double staircase leads up to the bedrooms either side of the main roof beam. The bedrooms are arranged as one double and one twin, each with a velux window in the ceiling.
